Helping them achieve their business objectives is our cause. The way we see it, we are not successful if we aren’t using our expertise to help our clients achieve great things.

At Vital Dynamix, we have become specialists at turning new ideas into viable healthcare software products for our clients’ organizations. Some of the more rewarding projects we have had the honor to be involved in started with simple ideas and grew into profitable businesses from the ground up.

We generally follow a protocol to ensure that your idea flows through the right trajectory to become a one-of-a-kind healthcare software product. However, at Vital Dynamix, we aren’t sticklers for routine and we understand that no two projects are the same. We accept and encourage adjustments to our approach and are happy to go back to the drawing board at any point in the process.

Meet Our Team

Kathy Race
Director

Kathy is an RN with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. In that time, she has overseen operations for an Assisted Living Program, an Enriched Housing Program, a Licensed Home Care Services Agency and a Certified Home Health Care Agency.

Warren Bullock
Chief Technology Officer

Warren has 25+ years of experience in technology solutions. Warren has served as the Chief Information Officer at a large healthcare nonprofit in Northern New York and has been the project lead for a number of software and web development and transitioning projects. You might say Warren enjoys bringing healthcare software to life with the Vital Dynamix team.

In addition to the nonprofit and for-profit worlds, Warren has taught graduate-level IT courses at the State University of New York at Potsdam where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences and a Master of Education degree.

Kylie Santamoor
RN / Subject Matter Expert / Trainer

Kylie is the primary clinical contributor to our healthcare software platforms due to her extensive experience as an RN Supervisor and Staff Trainer.

Kylie has worked in healthcare for 15 years. While working as an RN in a Skilled Nursing Facility and then as manager of an Assisted Living Program, she collaborated with a software designer to develop our Vital ACS platform. After transitioning into home health care to provide Nursing and Aide supervision for a Licensed Home Care Services Agency and a Certified Home Health Agency, Kylie again began working with developers to design Vital EVV.

Shantanu Panse
Project Manager

Shantanu is an excellence-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in project management. As an Agile practitioner, he has a proven history of understanding, building, and delivering projects.

With a keen eye for detail and a disciplined approach to execution, Shantanu excels at driving projects to completion based on milestones and effective communication.
