Vital EVV: Release 7.1

New Features

Web App:

Nascentia Health EVV: Company names now available as filter options for report. No need to remember NPI numbers, you can select your company name instead.

Bug Fixes

Web App:

Visit Rescheduling: The visits that are rescheduled are now correctly displaying on the calendar.
User Experience: Visit start time cannot be greater than visit end time.
Visit Edit Reason Code & Action Take: These values are now present in the HHAeXchange export and calculated dynamically depending on the situation.

Sort and Search Feature Sort and Search functionality now available on all reports in Vital EVV.

Bug Fixes

Ticked Services Display Checked services now correctly show “Q Visit” in the visit details PDF that is generated for each visit.
Incorrect “Patients not at Home” Status The “Patients not at home” status indicator now correctly reflecting whether a patient was home or not for Aids type visits.
Display Declined Services The visit report PDF now correctly displays “D” for Declined Services in the Visit Details PDF.
Email Attachments for visits: Automated emails/attachments are now working correctly.
Schedule View PDF Issue Printed PDF has been corrected.
Visit Details PDF Visit Times Correction Visit details PDF now shows the actual visit times as opposed to the scheduled time of the visit.

Patient Supervision Due Report The report now shows all entries properly, resolving the issue of missing entries.
